Position: Senior CRO Lead
We’re looking for a CRO Strategist to lead client projects and to play a key role in the growth of our CRO agency.
This is a role where you’ll be given the opportunity to grow and take the next step in your career, working closely with Talia and the Getuplift team to learn and implement the Emotional Targeting Framework across existing and new clients.
This is a remote-first, long term contract role with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility for the right person.
What you will be doing as a CRO consultant at Getuplift
- Lead the agenda and strategy of your clients, including managing testing roadmaps, prioritization and communication with clients.
- Leverage insights provided by the team and your own research (qualitative and quantitate) to Identify growth and experimentation opportunities and formulate test ideas and hypotheses.
- Work alongside team members to create wireframes, briefs and testing plans.
- Support your clients’ internal teams with execution, mentorship and feedback.
- Prioritize insights and experiments to helps your clients achieve their goals and delivers ROI.
- Be the main point of contact for your clients, lead them towards the best opportunities and provide them with the support they need.
About you
You’ll be working in CRO full-time or CRO is a key part of your wider marketing role, probably in a consultant or growth role and wanting to take a big step up in your career. You know that you can do more and want to take on more responsibility, leading more projects and wanting to have a bigger influence on the business around you.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has been working in a CRO role for at least 5 years, ideally in an agency environment but we’d also love to hear from in-house folks too.
- Is currently taking an active role in CRO projects, such as data analysis, research and running experiments.
- Is effective at pulling together an effective strategy and using it to create a roadmap for execution.
- Is comfortable managing clients day-to-day and ensuring that their expectations are being met.
- Has experience working with clients or stakeholders to understand their business and update them on project progress.
- Knows how to navigate internal blockers to CRO implementation such as working with developers and designers.
- Can coordinate with other specialists such as data analysts and researchers, syncing up work and deliverables to meet client expectations.
- Wants to take more ownership of their projects, moving from a contributor to a leader and increasing their influence on a client’s business.

About the role:
You’ll be working directly with Talia Wolf, founder of GetUplift and the team, taking on an important role in the agency that also has lots of room for personal development.
Day-to-day, you’ll be working on:
- Initially, you’ll be supporting the GetUplift team on client projects, learning processes and ways of working, before transitioning to lead your own client accounts and being supported by Talia and the team.
- Over time, you’ll lead strategy on your own portfolio of retained and one-off client projects, being given a high level of autonomy as quickly as possible.
- Putting in place a CRO strategy and testing roadmap for our clients.
- When needed, getting hands on with data analysis and research.
- Working with external specialists such as data analysts and developers to implement the plan and keep it on track.
- Working with clients to keep them informed and involved in the strategy and implementation of the roadmap.
In terms of the bigger picture of your role, you’ll have the opportunity to look beyond individual client accounts and influence how GetUplift works as an agency.
This includes working on:
- How we evolve our deliverables for clients and always looking for ways to improve what we do.
- Working out the role that new technology such as AI plays in our services and experimenting with it to see how we can leverage it.
- Finding ways to become more effective and efficient across all clients, allowing us to spend more time on work that has the biggest impact.
What you’ll get and how we work
- Salary range is $80k-$120k USD per annum based on a full-time role. This is a contract position and final salary would be prorated based on days worked.
- Fully remote role (must be based in the US)
